#321 Provide parameter to select basename of JavaHelp files

The DocBook JavaHelp XSLT makes a group of files for
the help system with the names

jshelp.hs
jshelp.jhm
jshelp_toc.xml
jshelp_index.xml

It would be nice if the basename these files are built
with could be parametized. I'm on a project where the
code was already written to use a dummy helpset named
help.hs and it would have been nice to be able to have
my files pop out of the JavaHelp XSLT already named
that way.
