olink is removed from docbook5,
and it appears that it has been replaced
with xlink:href.
it would be nice if it were supported
along the lines described here:
<http://article.gmane.org/gmane.text.docbook.misc:4417>
specifically,

<link xlink:href="mybook.xml#foo">blabla</link>
<link xlink:href="myrefentry.xml#bar">blabla</link>
