#1374 Missing includes in docbook-xsl [-ns] -1.79.1/xhtml5/xhtml-profile-docbook.xsl

<xsl:include href="../xhtml/its.xsl"/> and <xsl:include href="../xhtml/publishers.xsl"/> are found in:

docbook-xsl [-ns] -1.79.1/xhtml5/xhtml-docbook.xsl

but not in:

docbook-xsl [-ns] -1.79.1/xhtml5/xhtml-profile-docbook.xsl,

which causes the following Saxon 6.5 error:

when using profile-docbook.xsl, the profiling stylesheet which generate single-page XHTML5.
