[Dmtcp-forum] Restart failures with 'make check' tests

Dear all,

I have compiled dmtcp-1.2.1 and have run 'make check', however only one test
succeeds (see below).



Configuration:
--------------
Cluster node running Fedora release 8 (Werewolf)
gcc version 4.1.2 20070925 (Red Hat 4.1.2-33)

DMTCP was configured with:
./configure --prefix=${HOME}/root-test  --enable-quiet --enable-timing



Roaming the mailing list showed some other users had similar problems with
restart, but nothing helpful to deal with it.

Do you have any clues as to why most restart attempts fail ?
Any advice as to where I should start to pinpoint the issue ?
