#234 'Close' for a single document is equivalent to 'Quit'

Recently I often need to refresh the DjVu document (modified with
djvusmooth) and this minor bug is annoying. I have to restart the
program every time instead of just using Open Recent.

    Closing the last windows is intended to be equivalent to click. This is
    consistent with the way gui program work under windows or unix. I do not
    remember if this works differently on the Mac. Note that Djview should
    automatically reload a file whenever it has changed. The detection code runs
    whenever the mouse pointer enters the Djview window.
