I'm not sure, never had to look into this, a couple things to try

    1) This lists several methods - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18259692/how-to-recover-a-corrupt-sqlite3-database
    2) Search for "corrupt sqlite database", lots of results, looks like there are some paid ones.
    3) Use Total Commander's viewer (press F3 with db file selected) to view db file (http://www.ghisler.com/). View the file as unicode, all the text is there, search for text you want and it should be listed.

Thanks for the Total Commander tip. I didn't know it could read db files. I wonder if it can manipulate them. I'll have to try it later.

If anyone else is searching for solutions:

There is also an extension for Firefox called SQLite Manager that allows you to edit and manipulate any sqlite database + many other formats. I've messed with my Ditto data in there before. It's a lot better than installing a huge program and works quite well.

I have also edited and combined databases in Microsoft Access before. Axisbase is a free alternative to that. However I admit I've only tried it with the old old version of Ditto.
