[displaytag-user] Totals with Pagination

Hi,

Please look at the Displaytag example at:

I noticed a few things and would like to check if
anyone has solutions. 

If you go to the Last page (page# 16), the totals for
the last group 'Muscle Machine Inc' is not displayed. 
How can we make the totals for last group appear ? How
do we make the Grand totals also appear at the end ?

Also, If you look at any of the groups spanning more
than one page, the total for that group is only for
that page (not for the whole group). For e.g. "Corrida
Auto Replicas, Ltd" spans 15 & 16, but the total
'$688.35' is only for the page # 16.

Any quick clues would be appreciated.
