[dink-develop] Started seperating dinkvar.cpp

I've started the long and difficult task of seperating out dinkvar.cpp into
seperated and independent files, I think this has GREATLY increased
the readability of the code, but there is still a lot more that needs to be
done.

I've started adding this to CVS - I've
left the old dinkvar.cpp in tact, and created a dinkvar2.cpp which contains
the still unsorted routines.  My goal is to empty this last file and then
remove both from the project file.   The extra sources I've placed inside
CVS.  I haven't modified the project files though - it does compile fine
on my system, and I've knocked out quiet a few warnings.

New files added:
dinkvarwin33.cpp - DirectDraw/Sound/Play specific stuff
dinkvarstr.cpp - String manipulation function
dinkvarscript.cpp - script handling
dinkvarutil.cpp - utility functions
dinkvar2.cpp - the old dinkvar.cpp with the routines in the above files 
removed.

I consider what's in CVS now to be a checkpoint, I'll be happy to remove
it if anyone has issues or has started working on this already.
