The meeting host's name defaults to Host, but I do not see a place on the Start Meeting interface to change this. I can't change it in dimdim.properties, either.

The dimdim.properties has the following 2 values
start_meeting_user_email=admin@dimdim.com
start_meeting_user_name=Host
Changing which would serve the purpose.
Another bit of advice would be change feedback_email_address=feedback@dimdim.com as the feedback emails would go to the mentioned address

Thank you, I found it, but what if the person starting the meeting isn't the same person each time? Version 3 asked for the name of the host at least.
