#636 DSScrashed-dtp share, black screen-attendee after dtp stoped

The scenario is:
1. Start a meeting and streaming server is poinitng to DSS with both rtmp/rtmpt. Have a attendee.
2. Broadcaster is in Live state and attendee is able to see the desktop shared
3. DSS crashed, DSS gets automatically restarted and Broadcaster has come to Stop state
4. Since DSS crashed, the desktop share is stopped from the presenter
5. But in attendee side, the black screen is shown though desktop share is stopped due to DSS crash.

I was doing this experiment with both presenter and attendee in IE 7.

Another scenario where i observered is,

1. Start a meeting and streaming server is poinitng to DSS with both
rtmp/rtmpt. Have a attendee.
2. Broadcaster is in Live state and attendee is able to see the desktop
shared
3. DSS crashed, DSS gets automatically restarted and Broadcaster has come
to Stop state
4. DSS might have gone to hung state, and when we start the braodcaster, the "Establishing Stream" has come. Also, dpt share does not start.

I was doing the experiment with both presenter and attendee in IE 7.

Both scenarios are observed with rtmp as the protocol.
