Insertion of attributes into the SQL database during backups is up to 10 times faster. Loading of the memory tree during restores is up to 500 times faster. The volume reservation code was improved to better handle multiple drive autochangers. Other new features are the Recycle Pool, detection of changes to files during backups (if enabled), more efficient pruning of volumes, and the license change to unmodified GPL v2.
