Account info revealed during noip update

The ddclient v3.8.2 still have that debug print left in the code:

$ grep -n '\bhere' ddclient
2592: print "here..." . $config{$h}{'login'} . " --> " . $config{$h}{'password'} . "\n";

This print line will reveal which account and its password is used for noip.
Please remove it.
