Monitor manual says it support DDC for VESA VGA but I think I can't set monitor attributes with DDC, only retrieve. What is the differences between DDC to read and to set? User manual (20M) speak of DCC at page 47: "Plug & Play: This is a function that provides the best quality screen for the user by allowing the computer and the monitor to exchange information automatically. This monitor follows the international standard VESA DDC for the Plug & Play function." http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/200501/20050126134514656_BN59-00390N-01EnP.pdf Many thanks, Antonio Bardazzi This is my system: # LANG= LC_ALL= ddccontrol -p -c -d ddccontrol version 0.4.2 Copyright 2004-2005 Oleg I.
