#48 Unknown Device Handling
DBAN 2.2.6 Beta hangs or crashes when it discovers unknown devices. The most common unknown devices that DBAN trips up on are card readers; however, the issue is not limited to just card readers.
DBAN should just ignore any unknown devices by default. It would also be a good idea to let the user know that the unknown device was ignored and not wiped on the finish screen.
