I switched from coolkey to cackey(as in both cases, I must authenticate with a smartcard( and I get the following: "authentication failed: invalid user or pass, retry with domain\user or use default domain setting" I had been using the first part of my email address? So I went to OWA, settings, change password, where it shows domain/user name: EASF\xxxx.mil I tried using that for the login instead, and it says invalid user/pass. Any ideas?
