Hmm... the bit about the double-spacing kinda sounds like a bug to me... the only other possibility is that maybe one of the fields is actually a little bigger than it seems in the designer and is causing whitespace to be added (I've seen a few cases in my own usage where the field sizes don't get written properly even though they look correct in the designer). If you can create a sample report using a CSV file or the sample DB that comes with DV to demonstrate the issue I'll see if I can figure it out. On the other question, I have to admit I'm not sure what the answer is. Anyone else? -- Frank W.
