I am looking for a solution to manage an AAA server and I try the daloradius project.
I'd like to limit the management of users and groups of operators.
An operator may view and manages its users and groups, and not those of another operator.
Looking at this same forum I came across a similar problem (http://sourceforge.net/p/daloradius/mailman/message/21137940/) but can not find my happiness.
I think that by modifying the source code and / or mysql I can limit the visibility of users and groups to an operator basis, but if the project makes the most natively I'm interested.

You can use the locations support in daloRADIUS which means that you will separate your operators and users in each database and login to each of them differently based on the relevant database.
On the FreeRADIUS side you can use the realm setup to redirect connections to different databases.
