#2851 1.18.17 - can't take damage from secondaries

On version 1.18.17 I can't take any damage from secondaries; either mine or the robots'. They still seem to damage the robots although it looks like the damage might be reduced... for example I fired an earthshaker into a room with a fox attack bot, a spider right next to him, and a bunch of mine layers dancing around desperately, and only the fox (which was hit dead-on with the shaker) died.
This lack of damage-doing seems to apply to the red mines that float around in some levels as well and to the gauss cannon.
