[Ctags-announce] Ctags-4.1 pre-release [re-send]

I have just made available a pre-release of ctags-4.1.

The most significant change is the reorganization of the manner in
which language parsers are supported. Now, adding a new parser only
requires changing one single source file, parse.h. This should make
it very easy for users to start adding their own custom parsers.
