[Cscope-devel] BL2 tag on May 5th 4pm EST

Hi Folks,

I'm tagging the source as of 4pm EST tomorrow as v15_0_bl2. This
means that the current top of tree is bl3.

We should also make packages available of bl2 on Monday.
