[courier-users] Could number of concurrent queues controlled in the courier-mta?

Hello.

Could number of concurrent queues controlled in the
courier-mta?
If so, how?

I got the impression that courier does have such controls
like number of concurrent queues to be used against certain
domain so that a slow destination mail server would not
block up the entire queue. However, I do not seem to be able
to find the documentation about how to configure it.

Could anyone help, please?
