Maintenance release.  Changes:

* IMAP - set timestamp on messages after moving the file from tmp to new,
to avoid a race condition on filesystems that do not properly support 
st_ctime.

* IMAP - fix a few bugs in the experimental (disabled by default) SMAP 
protocol.

* New BOFHCHECKHELO option that validates the domain in the SMTP HELO/EHLO 
command.
