#8 Umlauts

Umlauts (ä, ö, ü, ß) don't seem to work in Console
windows. The original console, when un-hidden, shows
them just fine; Console itself doesn't show them at all
or as wrong characters. This also happens when
selecting a font that definitely supports them (ie.
Times New Roman), so I assume it's Console's fault.
