Project's SCM moved from Subversion to Git. Subversion repository will be removed.

The project migrated from CVS to SVN. This is not convertion of SF's CVS repository. CVS repository on SF don't reflect project state before. Now I made convertion and load the real project's repository and consider SF as primary repository from now.

StEM library included; may be compiled without STLport; improvements in all libs: xmt, sockios and StEM. The main targets are POSIX-like platforms, Wins are frozen (but not removed) --- I lost interest to this OE.

Start of public project. On CVS published two libraries: xmt (portable interface for multithreaded applications), sockios (interface to sockets, in the spirit of C++ standatd IO streams) and makefiles system.
