The problems I see, that library and DLL are not the same build.


Our installer (/src/colinux/os/winnt/user/install/WinpcapRedir.ini) give 
a link to
	http://winpcap.polito.it/
and
	http://winpcap.mirror.ethereal.com/install/default.htm

On both can download Version 3.1 (beta4 is only under "archive")


I think, we should give as first link in installer
	Text= http://www.winpcap.org/
	Link= http://www.winpcap.org//install/default.htm
and the others as alternate
	Text= http://winpcap.polito.it/
	Link= http://winpcap.polito.it/install/default.htm

	Text= http://winpcap.mirror.ethereal.com/
	Link= http://winpcap.mirror.ethereal.com/install/default.htm

For source should download the same version (not the beta4)
	http://www.winpcap.org/install/bin/WpdPack_3_1.zip
or alternates
	http://winpcap.polito.it/install/bin/WpdPack_3_1.zip
	http://winpcap.mirror.ethereal.com/install/bin/WpdPack_3_1.zip
