I am running solid with the TAP device on XP Home SP2, firewalls and resident anti spyware active. I run a web server and a visual chat server from a coLinux 2.6 Debian. I suggest you study your ipconfig in XP to see what's going on and match up with your eth0 in coLinux. Think of coLinux as another computer on your network and all will go well. Once you can ping the world from the command line you are there. Good Luck and check the Wiki. Brianna ----- Original Message ----- From: "Sam Moffatt" <pa...@gm...> To: "Sarah J. What you are trying to do _is_ possible (my colinux system acts like its a normal machine on my network, even has DNS and all that jazz set up for it so I just type 'colinux' to refer to my coLinux system on my other three PCs. So, upgrade to pro and you can do what you want, otherwise, I don't think you have many options left. Sam On Apr 4, 2005 11:09 PM, Sarah J.
