#169 Predefined user commands for debugger plugin

Patch implements 2 user defined debugger commands that can be sent to the debugger with their associated shorcuts. Also the following macros can be used inside the commands:
$symbol_mouse: As the name implies it is the symbol under mouse pointer,
$symbol_cursor: symbol under cursor.
