Hi Robert, I think we are talking about different story. :) Maybe it's a good idea that you tell us the procedure you have done "step by step". By "step by step" I mean you tell every step you choose and input after you boot Clonezilla live in your machine. This will be much easier for us to discuss. Regards, Steven.
