I understand. Note however, that there are people who think that LOGICAL-PATHANAMES should be banished :) Hmmm. Sounds utopian to me. When the world can agree on a single physical pathname syntax, and that all source files for package foo belong in /usr/local/src/foo, then we will finally be able to punt logical pathnames, and will have achieved True Communism into the bargain . . . ;-} -- Bob |
