Initially *default-file-encoding* and stream 'encoding' field point to
same object. When I'm changing the value of *default-file-encoding*
old value becomes unreferenced and should be removed from memory (if
GC not aware of stream object fields). But I think I got it. GC knows
about stream object fields.
