starting from 
hg clone http://clisp.hg.sourceforge.net:8000/hgroot/clisp/clisp 
unix/INSTALL says  
  <http://sourceforge.net/projects/libsigsegv/> 
but that refers to https://savannah.gnu.org/git/?group=libsigsegv 
  git clone git://git.savannah.gnu.org/libsigsegv.git 
and libsigsegv/INSTALL says
./configure
but the configure file is not there!
Where can I find it ?
