Hi, I use slime to run CLISP inside emacs (in GNU/Linux) and one functionality i miss is the ability to jump to an object's definition (in its source file) via M-. This is implemented in swank (the slime backend) by a lisp-side function called FIND-SOURCE-LOCATION that receives an object and finds the file and position where the given object is defined. In swank-clisp this function is not defined. Is that because CLISP does not provide a way to find out the necessary information? Thanks, jao |
