Hi, running a standard build of clisp 2.44.1 (the same happened also with 2.43) via cd $(clisp_build_dir_okl);\ ./configure --prefix=$(clisp_installation_dir_okl) --build $(clisp_base_build_dir_okl)/oklib-build;\ cd $(clisp_base_build_dir_okl)/oklib-build;\ make; make check; make install; runs the tests once too often, and then gets into redefinition-trouble (fortunately --- otherwise perhaps it would test endlessly), finally aborting with Function BIND-TEST-FUNCTION-1 is not defined *** - (= 1 2) must evaluate to a non-NIL value. (though this final error might be irrelevant --- the looping starts earlier). The above is extracted from a build-script, running under Linux with make version 3.80 and a bash 3.00. Executing the same instruction by hand builds clisp successfully, however this is not an option here. I looked a bit into your build-system, and it looked rather weird to me, and somewhere there it must happen that a path is set incorrect, perhaps due to those instructions which try to figure out under which circumstances it runs. If more details are needed, I'm happy to provide them, but I thought the problem might ring a bell with you. I would be glad if somebody could tell me how (just) to get the above standard build running (automatically). Oliver |
