Oops. Result: 1. call clisp without -L option with set environment variable LANG to any value (C, ENGLISH, RUSSIAN) set *CURRENT-LANGUAGE* to english, but all messages on russian; 2. call clisp without -L option with set environment variable LANGUAGE to any value (C, ENGLISH, RUSSIAN) set *CURRENT-LANGUAGE* to english, all messages on english; 3. call `clisp -L english` with or without any value of any variable LANG/LANGUAGE set *CURRENT-LANGUAGE* to english, but all messages on russian; 4. call `clisp -L russian` always set *CURRENT-LANGUAGE* to russian, all messages on russian.
