Is there any difference in the setup of *standard-output* in interactive vs. batch mode? The stream's sys::line-position appears to be wrong in batch mode. To reproduce: In interactive mode, $ cd tests $ ../lisp.run -E utf-8 -norc -B ../ -N ../locale -M ../lispinit.mem -m 30000KW -C -i tests.lisp (time (run-all-tests) yields at the end Real time: 65.42321 sec. Run time: 43.72 sec. Space: 329134568 Bytes GC: 662, GC time: 16.95 sec. 9923 ; 0 In batch mode, $ cd tests $ ../lisp.run -E utf-8 -norc -B ../ -N ../locale -M ../lispinit.mem -m 30000KW -C -i tests.lisp -x "(time (run-all-tests))" yields Real time: 69.91577 sec. Run time: 44.18 sec. Space: 328991760 Bytes GC: 663, GC time: 17.05 sec.9923 ; 0 Note the missing newline after "sec.". debug.d line 427 tests the stream's line-position. Bruno |
