[CIL users] CIL and printing in dot form

Hello,

I'm attaching a patch to CIL that extends the CFG interface with the
printFileCfgChannel function that can print a CFG in dot form given as
input a file, instead of a fundec. This routine will print output
showing function calls and in a format that satisfies me but could be
improved. I did not modify any data structures related to computing succ
and prev.

Could this be merged in CIL ? I'd appreciate some feedback.
