#2 Typo in chemical_administration_new.jsp

administration/compound/compound_admin/chemical_administration_new.jsp:185 is:
<form method="post" action="<%=Attributes.COMPOUND_ADMINISTRATOR_BASE%>?action=newContainer_reg&new=yes">

It should be "Attributes.CONTAINER_ADMINISTRATOR_BASE" instead, otherwise the button does not work.
