I created two packages. php-cgiwrap and cgiwrap. The first one depends on php4-cgi. The second (cgiwrap) exists only to keep compatibility before than cgiwrap support php4. I do not understand what you exaclty wrote=20 above. If you want to use php4 with cgiwrap can you please use=20 php-cgiwrap? I'll be happy if I can resolve the problem you exposed here.
