Yes, the "dirty-token" method of incrementally reparseing has been
obsoleted. You can still use the old mechanism by changine two
lines, so I left them about so that if the new incremental parser
messed someone up badly it could be restored.
As things seem to be working well, it will probably get deleted soon.
I think there is a tall comment describing this in there somewhere.
