This was a change during the initial merge and I never found out why Yidong didn't want it. Maybe he found it too intrusive. Anyway, to enable it, either do M-x customize-variable RET semantic-new-buffer-setup-functions RET and hit 'INS' and put in Symbol: emacs-lisp-mode Function: semantic-default-elisp-setup This function is empty because it just serves as an anchor for the autoload. Alternatively, you can upgrade to CEDET from bzr, where the Emacs-Lisp parser is enabled by default. -David |
