Initial Comment:
The new CDK object model with interfaces is an
excellent initiative. Good job Egon.

However, I would propose a renaming of interfaces
following the Eclipse guidelines to start with a
capital I, e.g. interface.Molecule would be renamed to
interface.IMolecule. This is a lot clearer when writing
code since you explicitly know that you are dealing
with an interface.

Making progress. I think I got about half of the
cdk.interfaces done now. Eclipse refactoring helps a lot,
though running the CDK JUnit tests, still make it time
consuming, though the whole process is rather mindless now.
I think I will finish the remaining interfaces tomorrow.
