Hi all, this was anticipated to happen sooner or later, and I just discovered that cdk-1.4.x cannot be automatically merged into master anymore. Where I could previously still work the merge out manually, I just ran into such big differences that merging no longer works. This means the following: The CDK 1.4 series is now in full fork mode. That means that (on top of the earlier requirements): 1. it will only accept new classes (fully tested, etc) and bug minimal fixes. 2. larger fixes are accepted only when they apply directly to master too Practically, that translates to: - all patches must be developed against master - that backporting patches from master to cdk-1.4.x is now the default route, and not from cdk-1.4.x into master - I will manually forward port the CDK 1.4.8 patches into master Egon -- Dr E.L.
