Category: cdk-1.2.x Group: Needs Review Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Egon Willighagen (egonw) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Fixed unit test where a SMILES has a zero element?? Initial Comment: At the end of the SMILES was not a carbonyl but a carbon double-bonded to a zero... I tried git blame, but the file has been moved around, and could not figure out who added that zero... I am also puzzled why no one every noticed this, as the SMILES parser (well, at least now) fails with an InvalidSMILESException... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=320024&aid=3032828&group_id=20024 |
