Aimed at master, depending on these patches:

2996119  Implementation of CLOCKWISE and ANTICLOCKWISE stereo
2995814  More general stereochemistry framework

Two patches: one with unit tests for the expected behavior, the other with changes for the SMILES parser to implement the parsing.
