I haven't had time to get around to this yet, and have grant applications to write, so don't expect anything before early March... Otherwise, we need to fall back to 1.2 (which is > still much better since the KNIME Feature still uses 1.0 ...). It is in production use in Bioclipse... with the current reviewing system, everything that goes in is pretty stable, likely more stable then what went in before CDK 1.0... CDK 1.2 would already be an important step forward, but CDK 1.3 has the new JChemPaint code as patch, which 1.2 lacks... It's only the API that is less stable... but again, since every change is peer-reviewed, the rate of API changes is not too high... the first few iterations are now hidden in pre-peer review branches :) > Once I have finished writing the last 10 pages of my thesis I will give it a > try ;-) Cool! Good luck with that! Give me a ping when there is something final to read!
