Hi Angel, hi Remy, I would like to sort these problems out. Can you try the html pages at http://www.ebi.ac.uk/steinbeck-srv/jchempaint-nightly (this is the latest JCP built) and confirm if the following things work: - Viewer Applet shows structure from start - Editor Applet can be loaded with smiles and mol via JS (see links) If these do not work, can you tell your system config? For me (Ubuntu, Firefox 3.0.8, Java VM 1.6.0_13) they work.
