The program is all java.  The issue was that I wanted to have a user
friendly installer program that installed the files and had an
executable shortcut.  Currently I only have the WISE installation
software which only works for windows.  I am planning to buy the Install
Anywhere software so that I can make user friendly install programs for
linux and mac.  Theoretically I could have just used a zip file but then
I would have the issue where the user would need an executable script
file that ran the java and increased the memory (I need extra memory due
to some large data files). For CDK programmers this is trivial but for
the average user this is unacceptable.  I can maybe post a zip file on
the web if you interested.
