[Cdk-devel] RFC 4 PATCH: clean up of the charges module

Hi all,

please comment on the egonw/charge/ branch, which I wrote to patch
trunk/ to clean up the charges module. It does:

1. clean up the module dependencies
2. unit tests, or stubs... several missing yet
3. some code clean up

Please add your comments directly in the branch like:
