[Cdcat-list] Translation for the 0.96

I modified the last version. And decided to release it as 0.96

It appear some new sentence which need to translate.
I attached the .ts files
for

 GERMAN (It may be complete yet.)
 SPANISH
 CZECH

language.

Please send it back if finished.

About the modifications:

 I rewrite the import dialog layout system (becouse it was wrong)
 Rewrite the export dialog. (Don't let to choose the fields of CSV)
 Rewrite the exporting engine (Becouse the exported csv format was
   unusable. Even the cdcat coundn't import his own exported csv.)

I would like to apply only buxfixes on this. The new funcions will go to
