Perhaps someone or a few people could create the same CTF server as the one
on xmission somewhere else on the planet.  It's a popular board, which means
those with lag don't want to leave.  If they had other options, perhaps they
could get a better connection somewhere else.  It can be particularly frustrating
playing against a whole team that is lagging.
